Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical patients who meet the indications for video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery and are scheduled for intraoperative one-lung ventilation with a bronchial blocker; 2. ASA grade I-III; 3. Aged 18-80 years; 4. Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. High bronchial opening in the upper lobe of the right lung, i.e., the length of the right main bronchus is < 1 cm on chest CT or the opening is higher than the rongeur; 2.Patients with bronchodilatation, hemoptysis or pyothorax who require easy access to negative pressure suction intraoperatively; 3. History of laryngeal, tracheal, bronchial, and pulmonary surgery; patients with lesions invading the main airway or requiring intraoperative manipulation of the main airway; 4. Anticipation of a difficult airway; 5. History of tracheostomy; 6. Persons with upper respiratory tract infections. 7. Severe mental illness or communication difficulties.
