Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first prenatal examination was performed in the study hospital, and the first prenatal examination was 11-14 weeks of gestation; 2. 18 years and above; 3. Pregnant women living in the city.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple pregnancy; 2. There is no clear time for the last menstrual period; 3. Liver, kidney, and other endocrine diseases; 4. Concomitant cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other important organ dysfunction; 5. Those who are unable to complete follow-up according to the predetermined requirements.
