Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-anesthesiology standardized trainees without prior tracheal intubation training, with 0-2 months of rotation in the anesthesiology department

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anesthesiology standardized trainees, non-anesthesiology standardized trainees who have received tracheal intubation training, those participating in other related studies, or individuals with severe psychological issues or unable to withstand training pressure.
