Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder in DSM-5; 2. Chinese Han residents, aged 18 to 65 years old, male or female; 3. Primary school education or above; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study; 5. Hamilton's depression score >=17 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet other diagnoses of DSM-IV axis I, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.; 2. Accompanied by poorly controlled serious physical diseases, such as coronary heart disease and thyroid dysfunction; 3. Have a history of craniocerebral trauma resulting in loss of consciousness, or a history of epilepsy; 4. There is significant finger motor dysfunction (inability to click the mouse); 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who are preparing for pregnancy (childbearing); 6. Have used antibiotics, probiotics, or their products in the past 1 month; 7. Received ECT/MECT treatment in the last 6 months.
