14 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with PCOS; 2. 14-40 years old; 3. Overweight 24kg/m^2= 28kg/m^2; 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Breastfeeding/Pregnant Women; 2. Patients who use ovulation inducing drugs; 3. Patients who have been taking oral hormone drugs or drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism within the past 3 months; 4. Patients with newly diagnosed diabetes and poor blood glucose control, high-risk and very high-risk patients with newly diagnosed hypertension; 5. Patients with smoking/drinking habits.
