Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Health group: recruited in the rehabilitation treatment hall, no confirmed scoliosis disease, and healthy adolescents were recruited through surrounding schools. Ages 10-18; BMI is in the range of 18.5-23.9. 2. Experimental group: (1) Diagnosed with AIS; (2) 10-18 years old, Risser scale range of 0-5; (3) Cobb angle within 10-30°; (4) No prior participation in the Schroth exercise training to control and ensure the participant's good athletic performance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe back pain, history of spinal surgery, and other neurological symptoms.
