Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed with adenoid hypertrophy accompanied by obvious related symptoms, assessed by doctors to require medication treatment; 2.Age 6 to 11 years old; 3.Well commmunication between researchers and participants; both parents and children agreed to participate in this study; informed consent form signed;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with combined respiratory diseases or facial structural and functional abnormalities who are unable to participate in training; 2.Suffering from mental illness and severe cognitive impairment, or parents refusing to participate; 3.Children who have undergone adenoidectomy;
