Interventions

Mindfulness and Resistance Training Group, MRTG:Athletes in this group underwent 8 weeks of progressive compression resistance training and mindfulness training.
Resistance Training Group, RTG:This group of athletes was subjected to 8 weeks of progressive resistance training.

15 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Athletes with a low level (i.e., 1~3 points) scored by the visual analogue scales (VAS) of pain; (2) Diagnosed by the team doctor as one or a combination of the following knee sports injuries, including: iliotibial band syndrome, meniscus injury, patellar malacia, patellar tendonitis and quadriceps tendonitis (unilateral or bilateral injuries can be any)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Have acute injury or illness; (2) Participated in mindfulness and mindfulness-related psychological training in the past 2 years; (3) Participation in other experimental interventions during the intervention period.
