Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=18 years old; (2) Pathological confirmation of colorectal cancer by colonoscopic biopsy; Mucinous adenocarcinoma and sig-ring cell carcinoma were excluded to avoid T2WI signal differences; (3) Standard multi-parameter MRI: includes high-resolution T2WI, DWI, and enhanced T1WI; (4) The time interval between MRI examination and operation is no more than 1 month; (5) It was confirmed by histopathology to be rectal adenocarcinoma after operation, and the number of lymph nodes dissected by surgical pathology was > 12; (6) The patient had not received any neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy or traditional Chinese medicine treatment before surgery; (7) Complete clinical information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients are physically unable to tolerate surgery or are unwilling to undergo surgical treatment; (2) Poor image quality or heavy artifacts; (3) The patient also had other malignant tumors.
