Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients treated in the cardiology ward of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria: age >= 18 years old; clear consciousness, certain understanding and expression ability; radial artery access; planned elective coronary angiography and coronary stenting after anticoagulant and antiplatelet drug treatment; signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with wrist deformity or decreased muscle strength, or local skin edema caused by various reasons; patients with repeated radial artery puncture or puncture failure during surgery.
