Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Invasive mechanical ventilation time > 24 hours; 2.ICU duration >48 hours;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation; 2.Patients with terminal tumor or whose family members have given up active treatment;
