Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1). Age 18 years or older, 2) Patients with aortic dissection undergoing total arch replacement combined with right vagal subclavian artery reconstruction surgery, 3) Patients with no previous history of thoracic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1). Patients with severe peripheral vascular disease or mutation, 2). Patients with malignant tumors, 3) Patients with thoracic malformations
