Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Parents of children: 1. Parents of children seeking medical treatment at our nursing clinic; 2. Having normal listening, speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension abilities; 3. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.. Pediatric nurse: 1. Obtain a nursing practice certificate; 2. Nurses who have been engaged in nursing work in pediatrics for at least 3 years; 3. Informed consent and willingness to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Parents of children: 1.Parents of children with medical disputes. Pediatric nurse: 1. Nurses on sick maternity leave; 2. Trained nurse.
