Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for ASD in the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS); (2) Age 3-8 years old, male or female; (3) After excluding active inflammation in other sites, any of the cytokines IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, IL-10 or TNF-a were more than 1.5 times higher than the upper limit of normal by serum cytokine detection; (4) No known immune deficiency diseases, blood routine, liver, kidney, heart, lung no major functional abnormalities; (5) Clinical study participants and/or guardians can fully understand the informed consent content of this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with tumors or tumor history (including hematologic tumors and solid tumors); (2) previous history of severe allergic reaction, blood product allergy; (3) Autism and other mental disorders other than autism spectrum disorders due to active epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease or brain trauma; (4) Situations that other researchers consider inappropriate to be included in the group.
