Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18-70 years 2.T2DM new diagnostic Random blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L Fasting glucose >=7.1 mmol/L 2-hour postprandial blood glucose >=11.1 mmol/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Special types of diabetes, including cortisolism, growth hormone tumor, glucagon tumor and some genetic factors leading to special types of diabetes; 2.T2DM patients with a long course of illness, insulin injections, hypoglycemic drugs, severe complications, and poor pancreatic beta cell function (fasting C-peptide (FCP)<1.0 ng/ml when blood glucose levels are met); Patients with combined heart, brain, kidney, and peripheral vascular lesions and clinical manifestations, as well as severe acute complications or comorbidities such as ketosis or ketoacidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state, and other diseases that may affect glucose metabolism; 3.Autoimmune diabetes; 4.Pregnant or lactating women with low rates of overweight and obesity in patients, or women who intend to become pregnant during the study, and those who are allergic to the test sample; 5.History of functional disorders such as heart, liver, kidney, lung, gastrointestinal, thyroid, pituitary, and history of mental illness, tumors, alcohol dependence, or drug abuse; 6. Infectious diseases and other diseases that affect glucose metabolism.
