intermittent fasting:Group 5:2 Intermittent Fasting: The dietary intervention group will receive an 8-week 5:2 diet, including 2 days per week of restricted energy intake at 30% of the participants da
two days of fasting, based on the participants choice), and following a normal diet for the remaining 5 days (70%-100% of daily energy needs). During the restricted eating days, participants will foll
high intensity interval training:10×1min power bicycle, the intensity is 85%~95%HRmax, intermittent for 3 minutes, the intensity is 50%~75% HRmax. Warm up and relax stretching for 5 minutes each.
resistance training:Smith squat, Smith bench press, fixed apparatus rowing and fixed apparatus push were adopted in 3 sets of 12 times each with an intensity of 80%1RM.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18 to 30 years old, 2.Body fat percentage >28% or BMI>=24. 3.No movement disorders, no cardiovascular disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have heart disease, diabetes, gout, bone and joint, muscle and nervous system diseases that interfere with physical exercise, and have recently taken antibiotics.
