Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.women who receive regular prenatal examinations and give birth in our hospital; 2.singleton pregnancy; 3.voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonatal malformation, or pregnancy complicated with cardiovascular disease, or other pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, gestational hypertension, etc.
