Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Myocarditis group: (1) Patients with clinically diagnosed myocarditis; (2) MRI examination confirmed myocarditis; (3) voluntarily participate in this study; (4) Age>=18 years; 2. Acute coronary syndrome group: (1) Patients hospitalized in the Department of Cardiology who have been diagnosed with acute coronary syndromes (including UA, NSTEMI, STEMI) and whose age matches myocarditis; (2) voluntarily participate in this study; (3) Age>=18 years; 3. Healthy control group: (1) Age and gender matched with disease group; (2) no underlying medical conditions; (3) Voluntary participation in this study; (4) Age>=18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital heart disease, severe cardiac insufficiency, uncontrolled severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg), pulmonary embolism, severe valvular disease and hyperosmolar coma, diabetes mellitus also excludes pericarditis, rheumatic heart disease, heart valve disease and other structural heart diseases; (2) Patients with severe respiratory, nervous system, digestive tract, hematologic, autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors; (3) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; (4) Those with severe trauma, infection or a history of surgery in the past month; (5) Metabolic diseases such as hyperthyroidism and Cushing's syndrome; chronic congestive heart failure; Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
