Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Randomly enrolled patients admitted to the intensive care unit of the anesthesia department and the intensive care medicine department of Nanjing Drum tower Hospital. Individuals who have entered for less than 24 hours, are over 18 years old, and weigh over 20 kg. Informed consent was obtained from the participating volunteers, patients or their representatives.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Refusing to participate in the experiment and not signing the informed consent form; 2) The patient is in a state of hemorrhagic shock or severe anemia; 3) Severe hematopoietic system diseases before onset; 4) Serious history of mental illness, etc; 5) Quitting the researcher midway.
