Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Informed consent is signed by all participants; ?45=age=75 ?ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA)I~III; ?patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer; operating tim=2h; ?The Barthel score before surgery =95;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?People with mental disorders;; ?Long-term history of alcohol and drug abuse, long-term use of valium or opioids; ?The patient suffers from cognitive dysfunction; ?Adverse reactions to the drugs we used; ?Infection at the puncture site and abnormal coagulation function; ?Diabetes mellitus and severe organ dysfunction; ?Refusal to participate in the program,. ?Patients with severe organic diseases (coronary heart disease, atrioventricular block of degree II or above, bradycardia (HR<50 beats/min), hypotension (SBP<90mmHg), bronchial asthma, severe hypertension, severe blood system dysfunction, liver and kidney function, brain dysfunction, limited gastric emptying and gastroparesis, and significant electrolyte abnormalities)
