18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Gender is not required; 3.From September 2021 to September 2023, he/she was admitted to Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University and there was no subsequent visits to this hospital; 4.Patients presented as solid nodule or mass on CT images and conducted DECT within one month before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incomplete clinical information or no pathological testing; 2.Inadequate image quality or inability to completely outline the lesion; 3.Histopathological diagnosis of benign lesions or other types of lung cancer including small-cell lung cancer by biopsy or surgical resection; 4.Tumour size is less than 10mm.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The combined DECT parameters and clinical and CT radiological feature models have shown good diagnostic performance in distinguishing pathological subtypes of non-small cell lung cancer patients;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Compared with conventional energy spectrum analysis, three-dimensional quantitative energy spectrum analysis has higher diagnostic value in predicting pathological classification;
