Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Patients With Meniere's Disease: 1. Chinese nationals, regardless of ethnicity or gender, with patients between the ages of 18 and 70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for Meniere's disease; 3. There are physical examination, hot and cold tests and full-function VEMP test data in the cases; 4. Subjects sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in this study. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Population: 1. Chinese nationals, regardless of ethnicity or gender, aged between 18 and 70 years old; 2. No history or symptoms of vestibular disease, and no abnormal findings in otolological examination; 3. No history of head trauma, no history of taking stimulant or inhibitory drugs; 4. Subjects sign the informed consent form and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Patients with Meniere's Disease: 1. Non-Chinese nationals; 2. The patient is younger than 18 years old or older than 70 years old; 3. MRI or CT scan of the patient's inner ear shows other causes that may cause vertigo, such as acoustic neuroma, brainstem or cerebellar lesions. Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Populations: 1. Non-Chinese nationals; 2. Subjects are younger than 18 years old or older than 70 years old; 3. The patient has other diseases that may affect vestibular function or hearing, such as otosclerosis, otitis media, etc.
