Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosed by imaging or pathological biopsy underwent minimally invasive ablation. ( 2 ) Child-Pugh score of liver function = 18 years ; ( 4 ) Blood ammonia < 54ug / dl ; (5) No mental illness or language disorders, no use of psychotropic drugs or drugs for treating hepatic encephalopathy in the past 3 months; ( 6 ) Will use mobile terminal equipment ; ( 7 ) Informed and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) those who do not want to participate in the study or do not obtain informed consent ; ( 2 ) patients with severe cognitive, audio-visual dysfunction, hepatic encephalopathy or abnormal psychological behavior ; among them, the diagnostic criteria for minimal hepatic encephalopathy use the HE psychological score ( PHES ), including digital connection test ( NCT ) A, B, digital symbol test ( DST ), trajectory drawing test, and series scoring test. Five sub-tests. MHE can be diagnosed if both NCT-A and DST are positive, or any two abnormalities in the five subtests. ( 3 ) unable to communicate with medical staff, not actively cooperate with the work of medical staff.
