Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion criteria for prostate cancer subjects: (1) 18 <= age <= 75 years old; (2) Can cooperate and complete follow-up and related examinations; (3) Diagnosed with prostate cancer, TNM stage <= T3N0M0; (4) Male; (5) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form. 2.The selection criteria for subjects undergoing radical nephrectomy are: (1) 18 <= age <= 75 years old; (2) Can cooperate and complete follow-up and related examinations; (3) Patients who meet the indications and require radical nephrectomy for kidney cancer treatment; (4) The TNM staging of renal tumors is T1; (5) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form. 3.Inclusion criteria for subjects undergoing radical surgery for bladder cancer: (1) 18 <= age <= 75 years old; (2) Can cooperate and complete follow-up and related examinations; (3) The researcher judges those who need to undergo radical surgery for bladder cancer and meet the indications; (4) Voluntarily participate in this experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals with serious uncontrolled diseases or acute infections; (2) Those with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases and diabetes that can not be controlled and can not meet the surgical standards; (3) Individuals with immune system diseases that cannot be controlled and cannot meet surgical standards; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Participants who have not completed clinical trials of other investigational drugs or devices.
