Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria of the refractory hypertension group are in accordance with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Refractory Hypertension: on the basis of lifestyle improvement, the blood pressure cannot be controlled below 140/90mmHg with three or more antihypertensive drugs (including one diuretic) in sufficient dosage and with reasonable combination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Malignant tumors, severe systemic infectious diseases, hematologic diseases, and history of organ transplantation; 2) severe heart failure, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, etc.; 3) severe liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.
