Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (2022 edition): diabetic symptoms + plasma glucose level >=11.1 mmol/L at any time or fasting plasma glucose >=7.0 mmol/L or 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose >=11.1 mmol/L in the Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT). Age >=65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any patient with contraindications to exercise, mainly including the following categories, but not limited to: combined with serious complications of heart, brain, kidney, eye, foot and neuropathy (proliferative retinopathy, kidney disease ? or more, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease, autonomic neuropathy); malignant tumors; patients who can not tolerate moderate-intensity exercise; heart rate of more than 120 beats / min or blood pressure higher than 160 during quiet time / 100mmHg; fasting blood glucose greater than 16 7mmol / L; diabetic foot, severe joint lesions; acute complications of diabetes (diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acid poisoning) and so on.
