18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old <= age <= 85 years old, 18kg/m^2 <= BMI <= 30kg/m^2, gender not limited 2. Undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy surgery 3. The patient's family members will fully understand the purpose and significance of this study, voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals allergic to opioid drugs or nalbuphine 2.Pregnant or lactating women 3.Patients who have an impact on pain assessment 4.Chronic opioid addiction or use of other analgesics for more than 3 months 5.The patient voluntarily gave up treatment or died during the study period 6.Pregnant or lactating women 7.Researchers believe that evaluating patients is not suitable for inclusion in the study due to various reasons
