Group ITM:Preoperative ultrasound-guided ITM fascial space block combined with general anesthesia.
Group Control:General anesthesia without regional blockade.

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent, voluntary participation in the study. 2. Ages 18-70. 3. ASA grade I-II. 4. BMI 18-32 kg/m².

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to the involved medications. 2. Patients with co-existing mental illnesses. 3. Patients who cannot communicate or cooperate. 4. Severe polytrauma patients. 5. Patients with impaired coagulation function.
