Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Lumbar degenerative disease is characterized by lower back and/or leg pain, with symptoms and signs consistent with imaging findings. (2) Age > 60 years, and no significant improvement after at least three months of conservative treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of spinal tumors, tuberculosis, or previous surgeries; (2) Patients with severe acute or chronic infections; (3) Patients with severe chronic diseases, such as heart disease, renal insufficiency, etc.
