Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age= 18 years old, gender unrestricted; 2. Systemic lupus erythematosus: meet any of the 2019 EULAR/ACR SLE classification criteria or the 2012 SLICC SLE classification criteria; 3. Psoriasis: meet the disease characterization and diagnostic criteria in the "China Psoriasis Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines" developed by the Psoriasis Specialized Committee of the Dermatologic and Venereal Diseases Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2023; 4. Atopic dermatitis: meet the disease characterization and any diagnostic criteria in the "China Atopic Dermatitis Diagnostic and Treatment Guidelines" formulated by the Immunology Group of the Dermatologic and Venereal Diseases Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2020; 5. Healthy control: not suffering from any of the above three diseases and free from malignant tumors, connective tissue diseases, and serious chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes); 6. Sign the "Informed Consent Form (Standard Version)" and/or "Informed Consent Form (Blood Donation Version)", voluntarily participate in this project and be able to complete the survey questionnaire and provide blood and/or urine samples as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are some factors that hinder the normal conduct of the questionnaire, such as mental abnormalities, visual or hearing impairments and so on; 2. Refuse to participate in the process of informed consent.
