Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) the first diagnosis was made by head CT or MRI and met the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; (2) The patient had hemiplegia of one limb; (3) The education level is primary school or above; (4) Daily living activity ability score >=40 points; (5) Mini-mental State Examination score >=24 points; (6) high-risk groups of post-stroke fatigue (predictive model screening); (7) The course of the disease was 1-3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The condition is unstable; (2) Cerebral hemorrhage caused by trauma or tumor; (3) suffering from fatigue-prone diseases such as cancer and chronic fatigue syndrome; (4) severe audio-visual or speech impairment; (5) Limb structure defect or foreign body fixation.
