Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and education level: the research subjects should be full-time college students; 2. Place of residence: long-term residence in the urban area selected for the study, and the place of residence is within a certain distance from the main traffic road or construction site; 3. Health status: Before the start of the study, the study subject has no known serious respiratory disease, cardiovascular disease or other health conditions that may affect the results of the study; 4. Willingness to participate: voluntarily participate in this study and be able to provide written informed consent; 5. Data availability: Ability to provide required environmental exposure data and health records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age inconsistency: non-full-time college students; 2. Non-long-term resident: non-long-term residence in the study area, or residence for less than a certain number of years (e.g., less than 1 year); 3. Health status: have severe respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, immunodeficiency diseases or other chronic diseases that may interfere with the results of the study; 4. Known exposure to pollution: long-term exposure of the study subject to high concentrations of pollutants due to work or other reasons, which may affect the accuracy of the study results; 5. Inability to provide data: Study subjects who are unable to provide complete environmental exposure data or health records; 6. Poor compliance: study subjects who are unable to comply with the study protocol or are unwilling to provide the necessary information; 7. Special populations: pregnant women, lactating women, or people taking drugs that may affect the results of the study.
