Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for asthmatic patients: (1) age 20-80 years; (2) paroxysmal wheezing, chest tightness, or cough; (3) Positive bronchial provocation test or bronchial dilation test of pulmonary function test; (4) those who signed the informed consent form. 2. Inclusion criteria of COPD patients: (1) age 20-80 years old; (2) wheezing, chest tightness and shortness of breath after activity; (3) history of smoking; (4) The results of pulmonary function test showed obstructive pulmonary ventilation dysfunction, and the bronchial dilation test was negative. (5) those who signed the informed consent form. 3. Inclusion criteria of controls: (1) age 20-80 years old; (2) No obvious lesions were found during physical examination due to pulmonary nodules or other reasons; (3) no symptoms of chest tightness or wheezing; (4) normal pulmonary function, negative bronchial provocation or dilation test; (5) those who signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for asthmatic patients: (1) combined with other respiratory diseases (such as bronchiectasis, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, pneumonia, etc.); (2) diseases with abnormal immune function (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, AIDS, etc.); (3) patients with metabolic diseases (such as diabetes mellitus), liver diseases (such as cirrhosis), kidney diseases (such as uremia), and untreated chronic gastric ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection; (4) Pregnancy. 2. Exclusion criteria of COPD patients: (1) complicated with other respiratory diseases (such as bronchiectasis, lung cancer, interstitial lung disease, pneumonia, etc.); (2) diseases with abnormal immune function (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, AIDS, etc.); (3) patients with metabolic diseases (such as diabetes mellitus), liver diseases (such as cirrhosis), kidney diseases (such as uremia), and untreated chronic gastric ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection; (4) Pregnancy. 3.
