Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years old; 2. Those who meet the routine indications for gastrointestinal endoscopy and have no serious contraindications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, liver and kidney insufficiency; 2. Pregnant and lactating patients; 3. Patients with blood electrolyte disorders and ascites; 4. Patients with severe asthma; 5. Those who are allergic to the drug in this study; 6. Patients with pyloric obstruction, severe gastric ulcer perforation, food retention and related gastroscopy that are not suitable for gastroscopy; 7. Those with a history of gastric or esophageal surgery; 8. People with coagulation dysfunction.
