Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients hospitalized in the ICU, aged over 18 years; 2. Meet the Sepsis 3.0 diagnostic criteria, with urinary CCL14 >= 1.3 ng/ml; 3. Diagnosed with AKI stage 3 according to the KDIGO guidelines, and persists for 72 hours; 4. Informed consent has been obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals allergic to resin, heparin, or protamine; 2. Patients with a history of chronic kidney disease (CKD); 3. Patients who have previously received renal replacement therapy (RRT); 4. Terminally ill patients; 5. Patients who withdraw from treatment during the study.
