Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having resided in the local area for more than 3 months (including 3 months) during the investigation; Age = 18 years old, gender not limited; Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Survey subjects with incomplete data; History of neck trauma, fracture and dislocation; Suffering from severe cervical spondylosis deformities, tumors, tuberculosis, and ankylosing spondylitis; Long term bedridden individuals who are unable to take care of themselves; Suffering from mental disorders.
