Systolic blood pressure =65 times /min; 3. Changes in consciousness), sepsis is diagnosed; Blood culture analysis was positive for Gram-negative infection. ICU case control group: Randomly select age- and gender-matched non-sepsis patients (no systemic inflammatory response syndrome symptoms, no known or suspected infection symptoms) admitted to the ICU during the same period as the ICU case control group. Healthy control group: People with age and sex matched for health examination were randomly selected as normal control group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: < 18 years old; Immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; Chemotherapy or hormone therapy within 4 weeks; Unable to sign informed consent; The patient was pregnant or lactating.
