Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.UC: Meet the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis, confirmed by clear symptoms,histopathology and colonoscopy; Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent. 2.CD:Meet the diagnostic criteria of Crohn's disease, confirmed by clear symptoms,histopathology and colonoscopy; Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent. 3.Healthy :No intestinal diseases or only intestinal polyps; Patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.75 years old; 2.Indeterminate colitis;3.Structural abnormalities of the gastrointestinal tract;4.Urinary dysfunction or infection;5.Combined with diabetes mellitus,inborn errors of metabolism,renal or hepatic disease,severe infection,evidence of malignancy that may affect the results of this study.
