Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult patients (age >=18 years), gender is not limited; 2.No serious systemic diseases, no contraindications for tooth extraction or implant surgery; 3.Good oral health; 4.There is one or more teeth with no retention value due to caries, fractures, periodontitis, periapical disease, and no acute inflammation; 5.The type of bone defect shown by preoperative CBCT was favorable bone defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The patient has a serious systemic disease; 2.Pregnant or lactating patients; 3.Have received radiotherapy or chemotherapy one year ago; 4.Preoperative CBCT showed that the type of bone defect was more than two walls or circular bone defect.
