Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-cardiac surgery patients aged 65 years and above; 2. Patients who consent to postoperative analgesia, sign a written postoperative informed consent form, and have completed postoperative analgesia and follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with advanced, severe, or life-threatening disease 2. Patients who are unable to understand and complete the VAS scoring criteria, or are under 65 years of age 3. Patients with preoperative or postoperative unconsciousness, mental disorders,inability to cooperate, or severe communication difficulties. 4. Patients with a history of substance abuse 5. Patients with visual or auditory impairments or those who still require intubation and respiratory support during follow-up after surgery.
