Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria for metabolism-related fatty liver disease and have insulin resistance; (2) Age >=18 and <=60 years old, gender is not limited; (3) The test subjects did not use drugs related to the treatment of fatty liver within 4 weeks; (4) Voluntarily participate in this trial and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Except for other causes of fatty liver disease, such as alcohol, viral infections, autoimmune hepatitis, and drugs; (2) Past or present loss of liver function or hepatocellular liver cancer; (3) Suffering from severe skin disease, severe diabetes and low absorption and repair function of skin and subcutaneous tissue caused by various diseases; (4) People with allergies and scarring; (5) Test subjects with cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal and other serious primary diseases; (6) Patients with combined complications of diabetes; (7) Pregnant or lactating patients; (8) Patients with mental illness, patients with speech communication disorders.
