Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Renal pathology has a clear diagnosis of IgAN; Age >= 18 years at the time of biopsy; and has complete clinicopathological data
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The number of glomeruli is less than 8 at the time of renal biopsy 2. Lack of MEST-C score 3. Age less than 18 years old 4. Accompanied by other systemic diseases 5. Progression to ESRD at the time of biopsy and within 1 year after biopsy 6. Patients with less than 1 year of follow-up and lack of eGFR data around the baseline time point of 1 year after biopsy
