Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lung cancer and benign pulmonary nodules confirmed by surgery and pathology; 2. Nodules less than 3cm(mainly solid and mixed ground glass nodules); 3. The patient plans to surgically remove pulmonary nodules; 4. First diagnosis without any tumor-related treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who have had bone marrow transplantation or cell transplantation; 3, there are other tumors complicated; 4. Patients with tumor recurrence; 5. have any form of treatment (surgery, drugs, chemotherapy, radiotherapy) 6, have autoimmune disease patients; 7. 6 months have foreign blood transfusion; 8. Patients with no clear pathological findings ; 9.What the investigator considered to be ineligible for participation in the clinical trial.
