Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 25 and 55; (2) A diagnosis of C5-C7 spinal cord injury with a course of more than 6 months; (3) Muscle strength of key muscles of both upper limbs = 3; (4) Be able to maintain a wheelchair for at least 20 minutes; (5) MMSE score =24, can cooperate with researchers for inspection; (6) The patient was right-handed in daily life; (7) Voluntarily participate in the 6-week intervention and 4-week follow-up, and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Abnormal acute blood pressure response after exercise was tested before intervention, that is, systolic blood pressure rose >30mmHg; Diastolic blood pressure Liter >20mmHg (safety index); (2) There is a blood circulation disorder, coagulation dysfunction; (3) Patients with diabetes, hypertension, and history of varicose veins and deep vein thrombosis (3 years); (4) Upper extremity improved Ashworth grade 2 or above, and the upper extremity joint motion was severely limited; (5) heart, lung, kidney and other important organs are not fully functional, and the body is extremely weak; (6) There is active infection, cancer, pregnancy or intervention intolerance; (7) autonomic nerve reflex disorders or abnormalities.
