Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged 18 and above. 2. One spouse gave birth to a fetus through ART before 2006. 3. Pregnant women agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Withdrawing from the group midway or being lost to follow-up
