Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected tuberculous serous effusions who underwent relevant punctures to obtain effusion specimens and underwent relevant tests; 2.Be over 14 years of age and under 80 years of age; 3.Not receiving anti-tuberculosis drug treatment; 4.Voluntarily enrolled in the study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a small amount of fluid that precludes puncture; 2.Presence of severe heart disease, such as heart attack, severe heart failure, etc; 3. Those who have been treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs; 4. Those who refuse relevant puncture and testing; 5.Neurological or psychiatric disorders, unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment; 6.Pregnant and lactating women.
