Interventions

Control group:The patient was given 0.3 mg/kg normal saline
Experimental group:Intravenous injection of 0.3 mg/kg esketamine

60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =60 years old; ASA grade I~III; Elderly patients undergoing knee replacement at selected time; Male SMI < 42.6cm2/m2 Female SMI < 30.6cm2/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of malignant hyperthermia; Esketamine has contraindication; Patients with a history of severe mental illness, long-term use of antidepressants; BMI > 30kg/m2; Disturbance of consciousness, inability to complete the scale
