20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Indications for single-segment tlif surgery were met; 2) Age between 20 and 75 years; 3) No history of allergy to local anesthesia; 4) No chronic pain; 5) No mental illness; 6) Those with normal coagulation; 7) No history of long-term opioid use; 8) All patients signed and provided informed consent; 9) Ability to understand and accept all trial procedures and to cooperate with the clinician's practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Puncture site infection; 2) Drug allergies; 3) Narcotic drug dependence; 4) Subjects will require a second surgery during the study period; 5) Lack of follow-up and poor compliance; 6) Dementia or other central nervous system diseases 7) Severe bradycardia (<45 beats/min); 8) Diabetic neuropathy.
