Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 3-6 years with dental caries who visit our department or are recruited from local kindergartens and meet one of the following criteria for caries: a. Children 3-6 years old, as long as there is one or more caries (whether or not it becomes a cavity), loss (due to caries), or filled surfaces on any primary tooth ; 2. One of the parents accompanies the child for the visit and agrees to participate in the project research. 3. Capable of completing follow-ups at 3 months and 12 months. 4. In good health, with no other systemic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with no dental caries in the mouth who are receiving preventive treatment. 2. Children who are not accompanied by one of their parents for the visit. 3. Parents who cannot or do not agree to complete the project research and follow-up. 4. Children with underlying systemic diseases.
