18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA grade I-III; (2) Body mass index (BMI) >= 30 kg/m^2; (3) Age >= 18 years ; (4) Planning to undergo painless endoscopy ; (5) Signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Failure to fast or drink before surgery; (2) Upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks; (3) Pregnancy; (4) Nasal deformity, head injury; (5) Emergency surgery.
